Windermere Septic Tank Emptying Programme (STEP) will see South Cumbria Rivers Trust lead a programme of delivery and engagement, with Lake District Foundation supporting on communications and impact monitoring. South Cumbria Rivers Trust will target four key areas, including Troutbeck, Far Sawrey, Esthwaite and Grasmere. We will offer free assessment and emptying to high risk properties.
